Question One: XML and HTML are different and they both have different goals. They are designed for different purposes. Some people think that xml is an advanced version of html and it has come to replace html. It is not the case. Both will be there as they are used for different purposes.
XML was designed to describe data and focus on what data is, whereas HTML was designed to display data and to focus on how data looks. HTML is about displaying information, while XML is about describing information
HTML5 is a language for structuring and presenting content for the World Wide Web, a core technology of the Internet. It is the latest revision of the HTML standard (originally created in 1990) and currently remains under development.
